VIP HVAC

VIP HVAC is a Malden HVAC contractor whose name shows up constantly for the same reasons: fast response, patient technicians who explain what they're doing, and installs and repairs across heating, cooling, mini-splits, and boilers. The company says it's been in business for 10 years and is a Mass Save partner, helping customers navigate heat-pump rebates and financing. The volume and consistency here is striking — 35 reviews in the last six months alone, none negative, on top of a broader run of 83 going back to 2023. Reviewers name the same handful of technicians repeatedly: Matt, who owns or manages the company, along with Luca (also spelled Luka), Eduardo, and Matteus, described taking time to walk customers through a diagnosis rather than rushing off. One customer said a technician arrived within an hour to diagnose a noise after simply seeing a VIP work van at their building; another, subcontracted through a general contractor for a heat-pump install in a 100-year-old two-family, specifically praised the follow-up months after the job was done. A 2026 review described a technician tracking down and fixing an issue another installer had gotten wrong, at a reasonable price. The one genuinely negative account on file isn't about HVAC work at all: a 2024 review from a commercial landlord described a dispute over VIP HVAC's conduct as a tenant in a leased space, alleging unauthorized changes to the property. It's a real complaint, but it speaks to a landlord-tenant matter rather than the quality of any HVAC job. For HVAC installation, repair, or annual maintenance in the Malden and Greater Boston area, this is one of the more thoroughly and consistently corroborated records around, with the same technicians named often enough to ask for by name.
