The company has been at this since 1985 - James P. Schiavone Jr. founded it and remains CEO - and works from offices in Malden and Haverhill across residential, commercial and industrial jobs. Its Massachusetts HVAC licence is active on the state registry, and BBB rates it A+ and lists it as accredited. The jobs described run well past furnaces and central air. A Breezaire wine cooling system was diagnosed within thirty minutes of arrival in July 2025, and a wine cellar unit that same month came with repair and replacement options laid out. A church in Milton had its kitchen exhaust fan repaired. A manufacturer had its Liebert and York units serviced. A failed heat-pump compressor was replaced during a June 2025 heat wave in a building with restricted working hours. One customer called at half past five about a dead central air unit and had technicians there within two hours. Technicians get named constantly - Chris Murphy above all, with John, Ethan, Aziz, Juan, Tim, Derek, and Erika on the phones - and several customers say they ask for a particular one by name. Two things to know before calling. The one negative account, from August 2026, is not about the work: a reviewer asked whether a person posting objectionable material on social media while wearing a company shirt was an employee. And although the business dates to 1985, every written review on file was posted in 2025 or 2026. For a fault another contractor could not find, or for cooling that is not a standard split system - wine rooms, equipment units, a commercial kitchen - this is a strong call. Ask which technician is assigned, since so much of what customers write is about specific people.
