In February 2023 a residential property manager wrote that D'Reyna was their go-to for apartment cleanouts, describing the crew as friendly, courteous and reliable at a reasonable rate. A September 2024 reviewer said he had worked their company's properties for over ten years. Trade buyers who keep reordering for a decade are a harder test than a one-off five stars. The name that keeps surfacing is Jimmy. A May 2020 customer said he quoted quickly and, on a friend's job, dug out junk buried under leaves at no extra charge. A June 2018 customer had a sofabed hauled away and singled out the confirmation call the day before — time and price agreed in advance, and the price held. Across Google, at 4.9 from 24 ratings, and Angi and HomeAdvisor, each 4.9 from the same 13 reviews because they are the same network, the arithmetic barely moves. The only friction anyone has put in writing is scheduling. In September 2016 a customer said the sole difficulty was lining up a time — then called the work well done and the pricing fair.
