In a 2023 review, a customer said they were charged $715 for maybe an hour and a half of work replacing three outdoor faucets, that the washing machine hoses were never brought, and that no invoice came after multiple calls. A 2022 customer said a leaky pipe under the sink started leaking again a week after the repair, and that the promised return visit never happened. A 2022 customer said no one showed up or called to reschedule.
Great work!
unprofessional, overcharges, poor communication, disrespectful of their customers. Pulled the ol' "this is a two man job" rope-a-dope; no, two people weren't necessary. Refused to send receipts, refused to send an estimate for other jobs despite promising to do so and a reminder from me to fulfill that promise. I even heard him commenting to his apprentice about ME, "She doesn't care" when referring to my home repairs? you think i don't care? allow this review to show how much I care. And as you can see from their review replies, Dad Life Plumbing DOESN'T care: " I encourage all my customers to price shop and compare prices" knowing full well plumbers charge a travel fee just to come give an estimate. Total con artist! Update 10/2025: the repairs he made are already failing on a toilet I've only ever used twice a week at most (guest bathroom). Not only is it starting to leak again, but the parts he installed get stuck on each other and hold the valve open, you have to lift the lid, reach into the tank to fix it just to get the toilet to stop flushing.
Brandon was able to install four new boiler/hot water combos for a multi family home I have. He did a great job with the installation, and when I did have issues post installation he was very helpful in being able to service his work/craftsmanship.
Brendan showed up, did the job. He charged me about a thousand dollars less than the other quotes. Hire him first
I had him come over to replace three silcocks (outdoor faucets) and replace two washing machine hoses. We were charged $715 for maybe an hour and a half of work. He never brought the washer hoses and said he would come back, but he never did. Also, we never received an invoice for his work and after multiple calls, he ignored us and he never gave us an invoice for his work. I would say this was very unprofessional and quite a rip/off. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.
