Had a great experience with Elvis and DE mechanical for an HVAC service. They were prompt and honest to make the process go seamlessly and didn’t attempt to sell anything extra. Highly recommend.

Elvis from DE Mechanical serviced our 6.5-year-old State/Takagi tankless water heater and was so user-friendly to work with. He performed a descale, maintenance, and replacement of the flame sensor. At the end of his initial visit in the morning (he arrived promptly when he said he would), Elvis did a test run to ensure the hot water was working, which it was. However, the unit stopped producing hot water later the same day. I called Elvis at 9:30pm, he came to our house 20 minutes later, diagnosed a clogged filter caused by the loosened scale, cleaned it, and had the system running fine again in about a half hour. I appreciated both his technical knowledge of tankless water heaters and his willingness to come back immediately to make sure everything was working correctly for us. I would use DE Mechanical again, and recommend Elvis.

Elvis and his team did an outstanding job converting our home from oil heat to a two-zone central air system, with one unit in the basement and one in the attic. The installation had minimal impact on the rest of the house, and they even removed the old furnace and cleaned up the old piping, leaving everything neat and tidy. Elvis kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained what was happening, and asked for my input whenever decisions needed to be made. He and his partner were professional, respectful, efficient, and always on time. The quality of their work and attention to detail were excellent. I highly recommend Elvis and his team to anyone looking for HVAC or plumbing work!
