Customers who were happy mostly describe speed and a clean finish. A July 2024 reviewer who went in skeptical said the dryer worked better than new afterward; a December 2024 customer had two properties done in the same week; an August 2024 homeowner was away in New York while the crew worked and thanked them for taking the last-minute call. A January 2024 review went further, describing technicians working through every nook and cranny of the duct system with results noticeable almost immediately. A technician named Mike draws his own praise in a February 2026 review. On Google the company averages 4.9 stars across 626 ratings, and its Better Business Bureau page is an A+. Price is where the disagreements are, and they are specific. A May 2026 customer was quoted over $2,000 to clean the HVAC in a two-bedroom apartment and $1,400 to add a booster fan, and said nothing was put in writing to sign before work began. A December 2025 reviewer paid $300 for a 20-minute dryer vent cleaning on an easy first-floor job, plus $14 to pay by card, and was then asked for a tip — and came away believing the job had been contracted out. Another December 2025 reviewer never booked at all, put off by the cost and an upsell from Mike they called nice but too aggressive. A July 2024 customer was quoted $475, watched it drop to $375 after complaining, and had the dryer done elsewhere for $148. A January 2026 review put the on-the-spot quote at well over $1,000 and called the company a scam. Not every rough start ended there. A November 2025 customer who began at odds with Delta said management moved to put it right faster and more candidly than expected, called the quality of the work good, and found appointments easy to get.
