Designs by ML

Wow where do I even begin?!? We hired Mary Lynn to furnish every room in our new 3 bed room house and 2 bedroom guest house. The entire process was perfection. She listened and adapted and really got to understand our style. The few things I questioned and she said “I really think you will love it” were spot on! I will miss working with Mary Lynn and will be forever grateful for her work that truly turned our dream build into our dream HOME.

We worked with Mary Lynn to stage 11 Fieldstone Terrace in Brewster and the transformation was genuinely impressive! The space came together in a way that felt elevated but still lived-in — very much in tune with what Cape Cod buyers are looking for. Buyers and their agents responded immediately. The feedback on the home's presentation has consistently been positive and the staging has a lot to do with that. Professional, reliable, and clearly talented. We will be working with Mary Lynn on future Cape listings. — Doug Walters, The Walters Group
