Devaney Building Corp

Devaney Building Corp is a Cataumet general building contractor that takes on whole projects — houses, commercial buildings, industrial work — planned and built alongside outside architects, designers and subcontractors. The company says it was established in 1995 and names Don Devaney as its principal, with close to 40 years of his own experience behind the business. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #188820, is active on the state registry. All four of its Google reviews were written in 2018, each a five-star, and Google shows a 4.8 average from five ratings. Timeliness and finish are what those customers wrote about: one March 2018 reviewer called the work beautiful and completed in a timely manner, another that June described the construction and renovation quality alongside the company's professional integrity, and a third March 2018 note thanked the Devaney family for what it had put into Cape Cod. A Massachusetts design studio's project page names Devaney as the contractor on a house at Oyster Pond in Falmouth. This is a builder for a full build or a substantial renovation on the upper Cape, particularly one already going through an architect. Since the customer write-ups date to 2018, ask for two or three references from jobs finished recently, and settle up front who runs your project day to day.
