It advertises residential and commercial plumbing, heating, cooling, drain and water-treatment services in Massachusetts. Google shows 4.6 stars from 40 ratings. A recent customer describes Jhan repairing an outside shower and explaining minor plumbing issues; another praises John for taking time to answer questions. In a February 2026 review, a homeowner described Ryan A. and Jose installing a new heat-pump system quickly and professionally. Another customer writing that month praised John and Dakota's water-heater replacement, including their handling of difficulty getting the tank into the cellar. A December 2025 reviewer described a conversion to a dual-fuel propane heat-pump system and praised communication about the process and new equipment. Maintenance customers describe longer relationships, too.
