What a transformation! When we moved in a few years ago to our condo in Dorchester our floors were in rough shape. Lots of wear by the entryway and black/grey scuff marks. These guys made it look completely brand new! I wish I had taken before photos. They also were super prompt and communicative throughout the process. Left the condo very clean! Thank you!

Andy and his team totally transformed the original hardwood in our new-to-us home. From start to finish, Andy was always prompt in answering calls and emails. He came for a site visit on pretty short notice to measure the space and pointed out areas of wood that were water damaged by the previous owners. During the walkthrough, he let us know that these areas would still be discolored after refinishing so that we were not surprised or disappointed by those spots. He even called again during the project to remind us of this and confirm that the damage unfortunately remained. Aside from those small areas, the rest of the flooring received a total facelift and looks practically like new! We are in the process of another home renovation project with a different contractor and have hit so many bumps and delays that required us to move out the flooring project multiple times—Andy was incredibly flexible with us and allowed us to adjust our schedule as needed. His team arrived promptly on the start date and worked all day to complete sanding of our 1000sqft second level and applied the finishing layers over the next 3 days. They brought materials to protect other parts of our home from dust and made a good effort to keep the house clean. Pricing was affordable and very competitive compared to other companies we received quotes from. We definitely recommend Diamond Flooring for hardwood refinishing and would be happy to work with them again for future project needs. The after photos are posted first! You can see how dramatic the improvements are, especially in our wood stove room and largest bedroom. We went with a satin finish as we preferred something less shiny. The damaged drywall shown in some after photos is another home project in progress.
