I had used them in the past for a few minor jobs. But last week I needed them to cheout an issue i knew was going to be big, it sure was. We ended up needing to have our units entire breaker box replaced! Nervous after hearing that it had burn marks in the old one is a definite understatement. But Bruno assured me its ok and its obviously fixable.
Today he came and replaced it. He and his son came, earlier then said time, I think because I really needed our power back up and on asap. We have an elderly dog that needs power up and running. So that was huge for me. And when job was finished I received text with pictures of the new stuff and it looked great. They were clean to. You wouldn't know they were here.
But the best ,sweetest part is that I was told and sent a picture of an item that hasn't worked in years, and I really never used it so never had it fixed. ( my stoves vent and light under it)

I contacted them on Yelp and they sent someone from other company and didn’t fix the issue. When I left them a bad review, they just called and yelled that they didn’t get paid even I talked to them in Yelp and they sent me the electrician. Leaving me in a place with nothing done.
I had an emergency situation which Bruno responded to the same day...even though this was the first time I used him. He fixed the issue...and found that water had somehow infiltrated my breaker box from the outside. Over the next week he worked with me and my insurance company to pinpoint the problem and get them to agree to reimburse me...then he (and his son Paul) replaced the panel and buttoned up the area which was causing the problem...all on time, and on budget with timely communication throughout (a skill that seems to be sorely lacking among some "professionals"). I could not be happier with the result and would recommend Bruno with the highest degree of confidence.
