A 2024 customer said Fernando and Daniel answered a dryer repair request quickly, arrived at the appointed time and charged a fair price. A 2023 customer said Fernando fixed a washing machine at a fair price and came back five weeks later to fix the stove. A 2022 customer said Fernando resolved four stove burners that had stopped working on the spot and called the diagnostic fee transparent. A 2025 customer said Fernando helped fix a garbage disposal over the phone without needing to fix anything himself. A 2022 customer said Fernando rescheduled, replaced the wrong parts on a washer and left a huge mess, and that the washer was never fixed and the promised refund never paid. A 2024 customer who called about a gas smell from an oven said the worker checked with a $25 gas detector, found nothing and charged $85. A 2024 customer said a replacement ice maker also failed a manual override test and that full payment was wanted immediately. A 2025 customer was told it was $85 just to assess the problem and that the visit would wait until the next week. A 2022 customer said service was refused because the facility had no dedicated parking.

Please be careful as they are quick to respond, but once you pay them and something goes wrong, they won’t respond or come to sort it out. Every time its either the bakkie broke or they are on their way. I eventually just gave up after 4 weeks.
Fernando was outstanding. He didnt even fix anything! He provided valuable tips and even came out to the house but ultimately did not need to fix anything himself. He helped me fix my non working garbage disposal over the phone. And he helped refer me to the right company to work on my kitchen vent dampers I still paid him for his time I highly recommend him for his honesty and professionalism
Told me it’s $85 just to assess the problem and wouldn’t come until next week… didn’t even ask what the issue I am having is. And then once I asked if he would be coming with parts to fix it, he told me they only carry the most commons parts. I told him i have the most commonly owned machine and he told me I should order the parts and he would fix it… lost me at one week for service.
I will never use them again. They come later then he told me as I had already told him it was my fridge/ freezer and my meet was going to defrost. He got to me at 10 not 7 all good then charges me R1100 to regas me fridge 1 week later not working try get any response nothing. So I will never ever recommend anyone use dcm, and I put it in lower case as they should not be allowed to be in business. I would have put no stars if I could have
My washing machine spin thing busted. I called DMC because it’s a local business. Making the appointment was very easy. Fernando showed up on a Saturday, was clear about my choices and cost. He fixed the washer in no time. I highly recommend DMC appliance repair. Fernando is knowledgeable, skilled, honest and reliable. In today’s world it doesn’t get any better than that. Thank you DMC!
