A gas dryer, a gas stove, dishwashers, a stacked washer-dryer, a refrigerator ice maker: Fulltech Services, a Boston outfit rated 4.4 stars from 14 Google ratings, puts household appliances in and fixes them. In a January 2026 review, Santiago installed a gas dryer, arriving when he said he would and answering the customer's questions. An August 2025 reviewer wrote that Santiago came the same day and found and corrected the problem with a stacked washer-dryer right away, and a November 2022 customer said Santiago did a dishwasher uninstall and install. In October 2023, a customer wrote that the installer came the same day to put in a gas stove, went to Home Depot for the installation kit they didn't have, and helped level it. In September 2022, another said he came the very next morning to swap a dishwasher, and when the included tube wouldn't reach the sink, he left to find a longer one and came back to finish. A December 2024 reviewer hired Santiago to install a new gas hot water heater and found him more affordable than other plumbing companies, and an October 2023 customer had Santiago route a vent hood outside. A 2024 Reddit commenter in r/somerville also mentioned using Santiago from Fulltech Services. In January 2022, a customer wrote that Santiago missed appointment times, charged extra for an emergency call on what was supposed to be a simple ice maker fix, charged again the next day, and was paid almost $600 while the refrigerator stopped working altogether.

Santiago installed our gas dryer. He responded quickly and was very professional. He arrived when he said he would, answered our questions, was nice and friendly. Would definitely hire him again!

Excellent experience with Santiago. He was diligent and delivered good customer service. I hired him to install a new gas hot water heater. And Santiago was much more affordable than other plumbing companies who were definitely trying to price gouge. I would hire Santiago again for other projects.
Santiago did a great job routing our venthood outside. He was easy to coordinate with over text and got all the parts we needed to do the job. We got his name based on our neighbors recommendation and are happy we used him to fix up our home too! I would recommend using him, if you're looking for someone who does high quality work for fair prices.
Excellent service. He came same day I called to install my gas stove. I didn't have the installation kit, so he went to HD to get what was needed. The install was perfect. He even helped me level it. Thank you!
