A 2025 customer said they had just had their tank fixed and the company came to fill it the same day, right before closing. A 2026 customer said they had signed up three days before a big snowstorm and were scheduled for oil during the week after the snow, but the company showed up on Sunday instead and topped off the tank. A 2024 customer said the company at first had no Saturday deliveries available, then called back to "squeeze me in since one of their guys had finished early."
