BuildZoom lists Phong Le as the owner, and Phong is the name several reviewers use. Both platforms show five stars: 11 ratings on Google, 5 reviews on Angi. The accounts are specific. A homeowner writing in March 2025 had three rooms sanded and refinished and said the crew was professional and did everything they said they would. A couple in a January 2025 review described their refinished wide pine floors and a contractor who stayed meticulous about keeping the house clean. In May 2025 another customer had hardwood refinished and called it quality work without breaking the bank. Getting hold of them comes up as often as the finish does. A reviewer in April 2026 asked for a quote, said they came out immediately, and found them still responsive after the floor was resurfaced. In an April 2025 Angi review, a customer emailed and had the company at the house two days later. The newest account, from June 2026, credits Quynh with laying out the options so the household could decide how they wanted the finished floor to look. Two things to settle before booking. The company lists Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration #215153 on its own site, and BuildZoom lists the same number — look it up on the state register yourself. And Angi's profile says the company gives free estimates but offers no warranties and no emergency service, so agree up front on what happens if a finish needs a callback. For a Lowell-area homeowner with tired hardwood, or a room getting new flooring, this is a crew whose customers describe punctual, tidy work. Pin down the registration and the callback question, and ask to see a refinished floor in the same species as yours.
