They sure go far to make sure your satisfied as I have found over the last few years I have had more than a couple of rooms done a couple of redone would not go any other place if you want a great deal Federal is the place to go
Had such a great experience here. Needed to get carpet installed on our stairs ASAP for our aging dog who kept slipping. Since everything is in the warehouse and doesn't need to be ordered from a supplier, the speed cannot be matched. Greeted by a helpful (not pushy) gentleman who explained the process, timeframe and approximate cost. Booked us specifically with Mike, who he said was the stairs expert. He was not wrong! Mike and his coworker arrived around 8:15 and finished carpeting two flights of stairs in less than two hours. Respectful, professional, didn't leave a mess. Carpet looks great, feels great, and dog is no longer scared of stairs :)
Had a fabulous experience with Alan and the installers. They were all so very helpful & did a great job. Will use them again for my next flooring project.
I have shopped at federal carpet countless times over the years. They have a wide selection of floor options but, more important is their customer service. They are friendly, accommodating, and most helpful through the decision process. I have no reservation in referring them!
We purchased waterproof plank here for our entire first floor and we couldn’t be happier. The installation was FAST and we were very impressed with the results. We’ll definitely be back when we do our second floor!
