Most customers call for the seasonal round — openings and closings, liners, filters, leak detection — and speed is what recent reviewers describe. In a June 2026 review a customer of several years said an issue surfaced a couple of days after the pool was opened, and the crew came out the very next day. Another June 2026 review came from a household that had just taken on a neglected pool and said the company helped them get it sorted. A July 2026 writer had an event at home and a tight timeline; the job was finished on a Friday, at what they called fair pricing. Liner work cuts both ways. In an August 2024 review, a customer whose liner pulled out in a few spots called on Monday and had Kevin and Pat on site Tuesday morning. A 2019 BuildZoom review tells the other story: the liner would not stay in, the crew came back a half-dozen times, water was being lost to leaks, wrinkles were left on the pool bottom, and a light was taken out and not reinstalled. In a May 2025 Reddit thread, a poster said Jay Jay's Pool has been around for a long time and that it put in their pool and replaced their liner. The bluntest Google complaint is from June 2022, over a $375 opening — the writer said it amounted to pulling the tarp and unplugging a few things, and that the pool was still green more than two weeks after the opening.
