Eastern Mass. Gutter Solutions is a Beverly-based gutter company whose two on-the-record reviews both single out the same two people by name: Brian Smith, praised in a 2024 Google review for installing gutters with care and respect for the property, and Jim, who a 2023 Thumbtack reviewer called extremely knowledgeable alongside Brian after using the company for gutter services for years. How long the company has actually been around is unclear — Thumbtack's profile lists 25 years in business, and that 2023 reviewer said they had used it for 20 years, but the Better Business Bureau marks its listing 'Not Rated' because the business has been open less than six months. That's worth asking about directly. Also worth checking before booking: the company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, verified against the state registry under Eastern Mass Gutter Solutions LLC, currently shows expired. With so few reviews to go on, a homeowner considering this company for gutter work should ask for recent references and confirm the registration is current before signing anything.
