Called on a Saturday with a heating issue and they came out same day. Technician knew his stuff, fixed it right, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Fair pricing and reliable. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !! Do not hire he lied on an affidavit for a landlord for court! I’m telling you do not hire this company. I believe in justice and this business just tinted there service with there ridiculous lies!! Don’t trust these liers in your house. Ed plumbing doesn’t worry about the tenants in the house. They work for the landlords and will lie for a landlord. There’s so many great plumber company in Salem that will give you the respect you deserve. NOT THIS COMPANY !! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND THE MONEY !! YOUR WELCOME

I’ve used other plumbers for issues at my house but will now only call Ed. He is quick to respond, honest, and is reasonable with pricing. His colleagues/workers are skilled, friendly, and respectful. Each of the three times I’ve hired them (fix garbage disposal plumbing, unclog bathroom sink, replace toilet) they did their work quickly and left the area clean. The other plumbers charged me for travel time to get to the job, or wouldn’t return my calls to fix their poor work, or tried to upsell me - never again. I highly recommend Ed’s Plumbing.
