ASAP Drains and Sewers Incorporated

ASAP Drains and Sewers is the call homeowners on the North Shore make when a drain backs up at an inconvenient hour — reviewers describe a callback within minutes and a technician at the door inside an hour, even at 8pm or on a Sunday morning. The company says it's been family-run out of Salem since 1989, working drain cleaning, hydro jetting and sewer camera inspections across the North Shore and Greater Boston. One name comes up over and over in the last two years of reviews: George. Homeowners describe him walking them through the cause of a clog, showing them the tree roots he pulled out of a line, and once spending three hours on a stubborn basement backup on a hot afternoon. Other technicians — Geoff, Dave, Brandon, Thomas — get the same kind of specific praise: on time, explained the pricing before starting, cleaned up after. Several reviews from late 2025 and early 2026 mention clear, upfront pricing after bad experiences with other companies that weren't transparent about cost. One older review, from 2022, raised a different kind of concern: a former employee described long hours and being denied time off, a complaint about how the company is run rather than about the plumbing work itself. For a clogged drain, a backed-up sewer line, or a preventive drain cleanout on an older house, ASAP Drains has a long recent run of specific, positive accounts — worth asking, given the size of the crew, which technician will be sent out.
