Elite Property Services

Great thorough and professional service. Will hire to clean my heat pump again.

I've had my heat pumps cleaned before, or at least I thought I had. The prior work was really like the difference between saying that you brushed your teeth before going to bed and actually going to the dentist to have the hygienist professionally clean your teeth. I happened to click on a random Instagram ad, who knew what or who would actually show up. The attention to detail that Jullian put into the deep cleaning that he performed on my heat pumps here in Maine was excellent. He evaluated the state of the current heat pumps, both the inside and outside compressors and made solid recommendations for what needed to be done, or didn't need to be done yet. In no way did I feel pressured to upgrade anything, and if anything these guys are way to giving of their time and energy for the service they perform. He was professional, polite and easy going as both my wife and I were home working while he was here and it was very easy having him I our home while we worked. I would highly recommend Jullian and CJ to service your heat pumps here in Maine. Seeing these two younger guys put such thought and effort into developing and growing their business is inspirational and amazing to see the next generation of business owners at the start.

Highly recommend their services! I couldn’t be happier with the heat pump cleaning service I received! The team was professional, dependable, and extremely thorough. They took the time to clean everything carefully and left the area neat when they finished. My heat pumps look and work so much better. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again!

Showed up when they said they would, clean quick and reasonably priced! Will have them back to clean split system again.

Highly recommended..Prompt courteous and detailed service on our mini splits. Excellent company
