Elm Park Flooring has the kind of review profile homeowners hope to find for a local flooring shop: 59 Google ratings at 5 stars, plus a recent run of detailed notes about carpet, hardwood, and tile work. The company presents itself as a Groveland flooring business offering hardwood refinishing, vinyl, carpet, tile, rugs, commercial flooring, and carpet repair, and BBB lists it as 18 years in business with Julie Schuck as owner contact. The recent comments are especially useful because they name actual jobs. In June 2026, one repeat customer said Jon helped get new hardwood installed on a tight move-in timeline; another May 2026 reviewer described affordable carpeting, steady follow-up from Jon, and a smooth purchase-and-installation process. A March 2026 review adds a smaller but specific tile note: a backsplash installation. The longer review history points in the same direction: people keep coming back for selection help, measurements, installation, cleanup, and finished flooring that matches the home. Older reviews describe wall-to-wall carpet removal, hardwood refinishing, stair carpet, vinyl flooring, and full-condo flooring replacement, so the strongest read is not just retail flooring sales — it is material guidance plus installation. The one label to read carefully is BBB. Its profile gives Elm Park Flooring an A+ grade, but also says the business is not BBB accredited. That is not the same as a complaint, and there is no recent negative cluster in the reviews here, but it is worth knowing before you compare badges across contractors. Elm Park looks like the right call for homeowners who want a local flooring shop to help choose materials and then handle installation. Bring the room measurements, timeline, and material preferences to the first conversation so they can price the exact scope rather than a generic flooring job.

Elm Park is our absolute go-to for carpet and hardwood! We’ve worked with them multiple times, and they over-deliver every single time. Most recently, we worked with Jon on a very tight timeline to install new hardwood before moving into our new home. He was fantastic from measurement to final installation, even ordering the wood within an hour of us picking it out. Thanks to him, the project was completed ahead of schedule. Jon, Hugo, Mark, and Julie are exceptional to work with, and their prices are incredibly competitive. They will be our first and only call for any future flooring projects!

Elm Park Flooring has quality and affordable carpeting, and their customer service is superb. I worked primarily with Jon, who followed up with me every step of the way and made sure all phases of purchase and installation went smoothly, but all the staff were helpful and friendly. The carpeting is beautiful, high quality, and cushy. I very highly recommend this company!

Very happy with Elm Park Flooring. We had wall-to-wall removed and hardwood floors refinished, new oak railings installed, and carpet installed on stairs. Elm Park is very good to work with, cost is very reasonable, and workmanship is excellent. Julie and Mark are very professional and offer good advice and many options. I have had some bad experiences with the big box stores and their low cost installation. I would highly recommend checking out Elm Park before just settling on the big box stores.

My wife and I are beyond pleased with the job done by Elm Park Flooring in replacing our damaged hardwood in our kitchen dining area. The match with our 20 year old prefinished hardwood far exceeded our expectations. It looks like a new version of the exact same hardwood, blending in seamlessly with the old hardwood. We are amazed! The entire process beginning with the congeniality and helpfulness of the office staff to the professionalism of the installers was superb.
