Encore Construction

We have had Encore complete a number of remodeling projects for us. Some larger than others. This time we sought them out to remodel our old decaying deck. They provided several design options to use as much of our existing structure as possible. We chose the option that best balanced our taste and our budget (mahogany surfaces on pressure-treated framing). Encore managed all the rest, from walking down the project with the town before work began, to installation and cleanup. They finished ahead of schedule, in fact they finished on the day that they originally were targeting to begin! The crew was here bright and early every morning working hard and keeping our property neat and safe. I highly recommend Encore to anyone looking to remodel on Cape Cod. I recently had Encore Construction add a 2 car garage and farmers porch to our house on Cape Cod. From the permitting process with the town of Dennis to the final cleanup, working with them was in a word outstanding. Every person I dealt with was responsive, professional and interested. The owner, Kathy DeMeyer, has an excellent team. I was very fortunate to be assigned Jim Mallet as the project manager for my work. Jim really knows the business, is very hard working and fun to work with. Given that the house is a seasonal one for us and a large part of the work was done when we weren’t there, it was great to have Jim who was always on top of things and very responsive.
