Used Evergreen to install a new Heat Pump system in our home. Warlen and his team were incredible to work with through the entire process. 1. Quoting: Received quotes from Multiple companies and really appreciated Evergreens thoroughness above all others both with the evaluation (what systems make the most sense for the space) and detailed explanation of the process. 2. Pre-Installation: Came back to our house multiple times to walk through the installation plan. Went through each room and provided clarity of the steps that needed to be taken and allowed us flexibility with how the team would execute (system and duct location, etc) 3. Installation: They moved incredibly fast. We were installing 4 different systems and the work was done in under a week. They also kept us in the loop during each phase of the install to ensure we were happy with any decisions that needed to be made in real time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10 Stars) Evergreen Heating & Cooling exceeded every expectation I had. Chris is absolutely phenomenal—professional, responsive, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. They installed a large air handler in our attic along with a wall-mounted mini-split unit in our basement, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The quality of the installation was excellent, and their customer service has been even better. About six months after the installation, we had an issue with the system. One phone call was all it took. They had a technician at my house within about 48 hours, and the problem was diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. That level of service is rare these days. Knowing I also have a 10-year parts warranty gives me complete peace of mind. When I was comparing quotes, Chris wasn’t the absolute cheapest option—but he was only about $200 more than the lowest bid. Looking back, that extra $200 was one of the best investments I’ve made. The cheapest quote felt questionable, while Chris inspired confidence from day one. And when I actually needed service, Evergreen proved exactly why choosing them was the right decision. I would gladly pay that extra $200 again knowing I have a company that stands behind its work and shows up when I need them. In an industry where service after the sale matters, Evergreen is in a league of its own. If you’re considering a mini-split or any HVAC work, do yourself a favor and call Chris. He and his team have earned my trust completely. Honestly, they’re so good I might have to invite Chris over for Thanksgiving. Highly recommended. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Evergreen did an outstanding job installing our mini-splits. The quality of the work was excellent, the crew was professional, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. Marcelo did a fantastic job leading the crew and made the entire installation process smooth from start to finish. I also want to thank the owner, Wally, who went above and beyond by personally bringing me an additional remote after the installation was complete. That level of customer service really stands out. I highly recommend Evergreen to anyone looking for quality HVAC work.
