Buckled wood floors were repaired and reused in a job described by a Five Star Flooring customer in February 2024. The reviewer said Dean took up the wood, refurbished and relaid it, then sanded and finished the floors; they were happy with the result. A November reviewer described Dean removing old floor coverings, preparing the surface, installing new hardwood with precise cuts and refinishing it. That customer praised his punctuality, responsiveness, clean work and price. Another November reviewer said he refinished engineered hardwood and installed new engineered flooring in a bedroom, working hard to achieve the result they wanted. A January 2023 reviewer identified Dean as the owner and praised his punctuality and flooring installation. In a November 2021 review, a homeowner described hiring Dean to refinish 830 square feet of oak flooring in their Cape Cod home. They said the floors were sanded and finished with four coats of water-based satin polyurethane, and praised his attention to detail and reasonable pricing.
