FJB Oil LLC delivers home heating oil, and its website says it aims to keep the experience easy with no hidden fees and no tricky contracts. The site lists a service area that includes Wolcott, Waterbury, Southington, Bristol, Cheshire, New Haven and Hartford. A recent Google customer wrote that the company always delivers in a timely manner and is professional and fair with pricing. A 2026 customer said they had ordered three times, first through cash heating and then directly, that deliveries always came the next day, and that the company was honest when they ordered more oil than the tank had room for. A 2024 customer said the delivery came the next day and thanked the company for the driver and the price. A 2022 customer said the company was in the area and reached them within a few hours, and the driver took pictures of the truck when asked. A 2026 customer wrote that the owner explained a mistake they had made on the web order and how the website works, and got back to them within a minute. In that 2026 review, the customer also said the person they first spoke with, not the owner, was rude and hung up, and that their voicemails went unanswered for a week or two. A reddit commenter in r/Connecticut wrote about the irony of people in their town recommending FJB Oil to people complaining about high prices. Another reddit commenter wrote that FJB Oil is a Connecticut heating oil company whose name stands for an insult to Joe Biden.
“The irony of people in my town recommending "FJB Oil" to people complaining about the high prices”
“There is a heating oil company in Connecticut called FJB Oil. It was incorporated during Biden’s presidency, and stands for Fuck Joe Biden”
They always have a great price and always deliver in a timely manner! I originally started using them as I love the delivery truck and hated Biden..lol now I use as they are professional and fair with pricing! AAA+++
I've ordered from them so far 3 times. Originally through cash heating and the other two directly. They always deliver the next day encountered no issues and were honest when I ordered more oil than I had room in tank. So no complaints 😊
The owner was super helpful in explaining my mistake when filling out the web order. It was my first time buying oil and I didn’t understand some of the options and accidentally filled my whole tank when that wasn’t my intention. Why I’m not giving 5 stars is because who I spoke with originally (not the owner) was rude and hung up on me. And then my voicemails went unanswered for a week or two. I highly doubt the owner is the reason for this he was beyond helpful in explaining my mistake and how their website works. He also got back to me within a minute. Thank you Andie!
Absolutely fantastic customer service came literally the next day and great driver. Thanks so much for the great price as well. Definitely will be sticking with you guys.!!
Great service!! They were in the area and were able to get to us within a few hours! I asked for a picture of the truck and the driver took a bunch of great ones for us…they earned a customer for life!
