This is my 2nd time going to see Jim. We carpeted a couple of rooms a couple of years ago. Jim is very knowledgeable and accommodating. So we returned a couple of days ago to have him do the last room and closet. I would refer them to Floormart.

I was searching for several months for just the right flooring and found it here. In addition to always wanting to support a local business, the friendly and helpful customer service was outstanding!!! What a wonderful experience, I highly recommend!!!

I had my floors done by Floormart Inc, Palmer, Ma a couple of years ago. From the start I had problems with the floor. I choose Mannington ADURA®MAX LUXURY VINYL This was one of the most expensive floors that they carried. The man that came to install brought with him a younger man that he was training to become an installer. He did a lot of moving the flooring to each room and moving furniture. But the second day the main installer allowed him to install my kitchen by himself. That is the room I have had continuous issues with. The last time he came out he used superglue in the areas that were separating. It left marks in the surrounding boards. Within a month the spaces returned and since then several others including two that were over 1/4”. It is also separating on the long edge which is impossible to fix without pulling up the kitchen floor which would mean purchasing more materials. I’ve reached out to the owner, Jim Hoag, asking for assistance, but have had no response. I know this is beyond the one year warranty but this began within the warranty period. So here I am after spending $11,000 on flooring and I hiring a contractor to fix, most likely having to purchase more flooring to have this done correctly. Sadly, I cannot support this local company as he has not supported his customers. There are other local flooring companies that I should have gone to. Sometimes being the lower of the two estimates isn’t always the best. I learned the hard way. Do your research.
