Fredy's Carpentry & Painting

"Fredy just finished a third project at my house," a Google reviewer wrote in March 2026 — over a few years he painted the exterior, two indoor rooms and ceilings that hadn't been touched in decades. Several customers of Fredy's Carpentry & Painting, a Lynn contractor offering interior and exterior painting, carpentry, decks and staining, and some masonry, roofing and siding, have hired it again. It says it has been in business 15 years. An October 2022 reviewer said Fredy painted the exterior of their Winchester house at a fair price he stuck to, with change recommendations communicated beforehand and Fredy on site every day. In a July 2026 review, a customer said Fredy and his crew replaced their deck and side stairs; a July 2024 Angi reviewer described a new deck and ramp with thorough cleanup. A February 2025 reviewer had a storm-damaged garage gate repaired and installed in under two hours, and a May 2024 reviewer said the crew often worked late on a porch and, when the customer made a small change, priced it and got it done. Google shows 4.8 stars, and Angi and HomeAdvisor 4.4 from nine ratings each. In October 2023, a Google reviewer said the driver of a company truck hit their vehicle and stopped only after being chased down; police were notified. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #209448, is active on the state registry under Fredy Nolasco Chavez.
