The same customer said Fredy quoted a figure and stuck to it, with any change flagged before it happened. The rating needs reading carefully too. Angi's 4.4 comes from nine ratings — eight five-star and one uncommented one-star posted in March 2019 with no explanation attached — and six of the nine written accounts landed in a single month, June 2024. For an exterior repaint with carpentry attached, in Lynn or the towns around it, the 2024–2025 accounts are specific and consistent. Verify that licence number against the state registry, confirm which address is current, and pin the change-order process down in writing.
