Freedom With Vilno is a small moving company working out of 1 S Union St in Lawrence, run by its CEO Jean Jeffry Vilno with five employees. BBB records the business as started in April 2011 and incorporated as an LLC in March 2019, and lists a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration licence number for it — the registration a household-goods mover is supposed to hold. Beyond that, there is very little to go on. BBB has not issued a rating at all, saying it does not have enough information about the company, and no customer accounts have surfaced anywhere. Its BBB page does note that, per the company's own website, it will refund, repair or replace if damage occurs. Worth a call for a move inside Massachusetts, but go in asking the questions the internet cannot answer here: current insurance and FMCSA registration, how they price (hourly or flat), and what the damage policy actually covers in writing. Ask for two or three recent local references as well.
