Fuelco is a heating oil delivery company. A 2025 customer said they had used it for years and that most times, after calling, they got their oil the next day. A 2026 customer said they get oil delivered under S. Rodriguez and called the company professional on the phone and fast on delivery. A 2025 customer said Stephanie was polite and helpful on the phone and got them scheduled for delivery right away. A 2025 customer described a delivery that went wrong: they asked for a first-thing-in-the-morning delivery because of a doctor's appointment, were told around 8:30 that the driver had 3 stops first, and at 10 were told the driver still had 8 more stops. That 2025 customer said the receptionist was unprofessional on the second call, the appointment was missed, and the oil came later in the day. A 2025 reviewer called the customer service unprofessional.
We get oil delivered under S. Rodriguez and they are very professional on the phone & fast on delivery. Will definitely keep them on my fast dial contact list.
AWFUL SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. There are plenty of other oil companies do not use this one.
TERRIBLE SERVICE...I requested a first thing in the morning delivery because I had a doctor's appointment. Woke up at 7am because i have to open my garage for easy access to the oil fill,at 10am still no delivery .Called the receptionist around 830 am she said that the driver had 3 stops before me 10am still no delivery. Called again at 10 the receptionist was unprofessional and sounded annoyed that I was calling and on top of that told me that the driver still had 8 more stops. Missed my appointment and they delivered later in the day. I waisted a day for some stupid oil delivery.
I have used this company for years and have no complaints I call and most times I get my oil the next day
Stephanie is the best. Everytime she answers the phone she's polite, helpful and gets me scheduled for delivery right away. She is the reason I stay with Fuelco.
