This is a plausible call for a custom home, a geothermal or radiant system, or a whole-house mechanical package where the permit history above is the kind of work in question. For a straightforward furnace or condenser swap, there is little published customer experience to lean on, so ask for references from recent jobs of your size and confirm the license number against the state registry before you sign anything.
