Mark's Plumbing & Heating

We had a hot water valve leaking below our kitchen sink. Mark was able to stop very quickly, changed the old valve, checked the adjacent pipes for potential problems, and even offered to change my drinking water filters. During the visit he was very courteous and informative. I was curious about the work and he took the time to explain how things work (with examples!) he did a great job and cannot recommend him highly enough.

We had an emergency at our home and needed a plumber ASAP. We called Mark's plumbing and he came down within 15 minutes to check out the problem. The problem was we had a hole in the cast iron pipe that connects to the toilet and also the sink in the upstairs bathroom. This also connected directly to the sewer line that goes outside the house. He came over and did a professional job along with another problem that we had with the bathroom sink upstairs. He was such an incredible help that day. He was friendly, professional and caring at all times. We highly recommend him as a plumber. We will be calling him for other projects we are planning. Thank you Mark

Gas water heater replacement ‐ prompt service and great workmanship

I was so grateful to find marks plumbing when my pipe in the basement exploded with water. All other companies wouldn't even schedule me that week. Got a hold of mark and he came by to check it out within an hour after his first job of the day. He was honest about what the issue was, showed me what needed to be replaced and had my water back on within 25 minutes. I will be keeping is number handy.

He came immediately after I called him and was able to quickly identify the issues and fixed all of the issues quickly. The pipe clogging issue was a hard one since the site clogged was far from the garbage disposal . Mark did a great job to have it fixed. In overall, I am very satisfied with Mark’s quality and responses. Mark was also very patient too!
