Graham LLC

Graham LLC is a family-run Hyannis outfit that's been building, remodeling, and landscaping across Barnstable County since 2012 — the kind of shop where the same name shows up whether you need a kitchen gutted, a lawn kept up, or the driveway plowed after a storm. The reviews on file, though not recent, tell a consistent story: five-star ratings from 2019 through 2025 across Google and Houzz, each describing a different kind of job done right. In a 2025 Google review, a customer described the company handling a deeply personal task — excavating and preparing a family cemetery plot for a funeral — and called Chris Graham 'incredibly polite, appropriate, and accommodating' throughout. In 2019 Houzz reviews, customers praised a custom kitchen build, a full renovation managed while the homeowners were away on their honeymoon, five years of landscaping work at a commercial facility, and a shed project finished clean and on schedule. BBB gives the company an A+. Two things are worth checking before booking. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, once active, is now expired in the state registry — even though its Houzz profile still advertises itself as 'Fully Licensed and Insured.' That same Houzz profile also claims a 'BBB Accredited Business' badge that BBB's own page contradicts — BBB lists the company as A+ rated but explicitly not accredited. For a homeowner in Barnstable County with a remodeling, landscaping, or general-contracting job — especially one where trust in the people showing up matters as much as the work — Graham LLC has a real, well-reviewed history behind it.
