Rafael and his team did an excellent job redoing our outdoor porch/balcony which was not redone since the original built 39 years ago. We got a reasonable quote, clear communication and high quality work even under some difficult winter weather conditions. We are quite happy with the result. Not only all the functional issues are fixed but also the appearance is so much more attractive that we will enjoy this space a lot during spring and summer. We will likely hire this team for future projects.

Garcia Custom Builders came highly recommended by a friend. I needed a lot of exterior work done on my house. He kept me informed during the estimating and permitting process. Once the work started, the owner was on-site and supervised all work that was done. He was in contact with his workers whenever he was away from the site. They were prompt, polite and worked very clean. I was especially impressed by the worker that stayed behind every day and cleaned up everything. They worked hard all day, every day until completed. He inspected the work daily to make sure every detail was done to satisfaction. I would highly recommend his services.

Rafael and his framing and roofing team were excellent to work with in building our pool pavilion. Raf was precise in the scope of work and budgets and his team delivered high quality work on time and on budget. Raf also custom built an island at our request that we will enjoy for years to come. We look forward to working with them again on our next project.

They're great people and very knowledgeable. Their tremendous work ethic and promptness is perhaps only surpassed by their superior skill. A true testament is I'm getting them back for another job!
