Gustafson Plumbers, Inc.

Called Gustafson for a pump issue. The first plumber thought it was fixed, billed me, and left, but the problem persisted. A second plumber couldn't fix it, claimed the pump needed total replacement, but forgot to get the part details. A third plumber came out to get the details but found a simple issue the first two overlooked and got the pump running. Mistakes happen, but rather than taking accountability, Gustafson billed me for every follow-up visit required to fix their own errors. When challenged, the individual in the office immediately became condescending and defensive. Bottom line: They may eventually fix your problem, but expect to be (over)billed for every mistake and oversight they make along the way.

Fast and efficient service!

The plumbers texted and arrived early. They were cheerful and helpful. They installed our new garbage disposal, but went further to replace the piping to minimize spots likely to clog. They pointed out unusual features of the new unit. Also he showed us the gunk in the old pipes and recommended flushing much longer after grinding to prevent future clogs. They swept up thoroughly after they finished. We were immediately put at ease by their cheerfulness and competence. They worked quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with Gustafson and have used them multiple times over the last 10 years.

Excellent work, clean job and execute the problem. We are very happy. Reasonable price. Installed a new water heater.. Thank you

I utilized Gustafson’s to address some concerns raised during a home inspection. They addressed all the issues raised, provided a detailed receipt, responded in a very timely manner….i can’t say enough good things! I will be using them again as needed!
