Gustavo Construction LLC

Great work everything was completed professionally and exactly as expected. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend their services

100% recomendado el trabajo

Agreed upon price verbally and in writing. Two days before start date we agreed upon Gustavo tried to sub contract out the job. He mentioned he needed to stop by to show his workers the job. He Showed up with two guys from who knows where. When reviewing the job with these two individual they tried to speak secretly in foreign language. Gustavo then said listen we have to talk about price, meanwhile we had already agreed upon the price. He tried to raise the price by 4 grand from what we agreed upon. The only difference of his understanding originally was three steps! Watch out for him sub contracting his jobs, or trying to increase price after it is in writing.

Lo recomiendo muy buena. Persona !

If you are looking for an honest and exceptional contractor- look no further. Gustavo is the best in the business. He has completed some fairly complicated projects for us (building outdoor stairs down a steep entry, reframing a wall for a sliding door) and we will continue to look to him for future needs. He is personable, knowledgeable and flexible- he gives suggestions and listened to our particular needs and desires. He is a perfectionist- his work is a thing of beauty and we are still marveling at the trim and siding work around our new door. It’s difficult to find someone you trust to get the job done, and to do it on time for the budget quoted- He does it ALL. As others have said- he is a gem. Thank you, Gustavo!
