- Porch gutter install — 2023 reviewer said the system worked but for one valley
- Cape Cod praise — a 2024 reviewer called it the best service locally
- Valley overflow — 2023 review reports water splashing out at a roof valley
- Callback follow-up — that reviewer said they were still chasing a fix
Gutter Professionals of Cape Cod is a gutter installer working out of Hyannis, and its two written customer accounts pull in opposite directions. The detailed one is a May 2023 review about gutters put on a new front porch in Aug 2022. The system worked, the customer wrote, everywhere but one spot: a roof valley dumps into the gutter there and the water splashes out, which they figured needed an additional shield. What turned that review into a one-star was the follow-up — they said they had been trying to get the contractor back to fix it. The other, from March 2024, is short and warm: the best service on Cape Cod, with thanks to John by name. Google's average across three ratings is 3.7, and a Better Business Bureau file for the business has been open since 2019. If you are hiring for a straightforward gutter run, the 2023 account suggests the install itself held up. Pin down two things first: how they detail valleys and other spots that dump a lot of water, and how quickly they come back for a callback once the invoice is paid.
