Highlights
- Repeat customer — six years of projects with the same client
- Coordinates the trades — handles electrical and plumbing scheduling himself
- On time, on budget — window job finished at the quoted price
Happy Homes Remodeling Cape Cod is a Centerville renovation business run by Eugene, who reviewers describe as a hands-on general contractor for kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and window projects. All four reviews on file are five stars and were posted in March 2026. One customer described working with Eugene multiple times over six years, starting with a kitchen, flooring, and two-bathroom remodel that left them impressed; another said a kitchen remodel completed the previous November was "seamless and stress-free," crediting Eugene with coordinating the electrical and plumbing work himself. A third review described a full window replacement and a new bathroom ceiling and fan, both finished on time and at the quoted price. The company's own website offers little beyond a tagline — no service list, licensing, or contact details could be read from it — so what's known here comes almost entirely from these four reviews. For smaller kitchen, bath, or window projects on the Cape, this looks like an attentive, repeat-customer-friendly operation. With no license information available and only four reviews, ask Eugene directly about licensing and insurance and check references before signing anything larger.
