HausEx Home Solutions describes itself as an exterior contractor — roofing, siding, windows and doors — run from a Boston address, with a self-listed service area that runs from Boston and Cambridge out to Worcester and Brockton. Its Google reviews run 2023 to 2024. A February 2024 review describes a homeowner who had several companies out to look at the roof and went with this crew because they arrived on time, walked through the job patiently and weren't pushy. In an October 2023 review, a customer said a siding job left the house looking "10 times better" and was finished before winter. Two things to weigh before calling. A post on a legal-advice website says HausEx completed the work but the roof kept leaking in the same area. And the company's Better Business Bureau profile is flagged as believed to be out of business — so the first question is whether anyone answers. If they do and the job is a roof or siding, ask for the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration number and proof of insurance, and get in writing how a callback on a leak is handled.
“HausEx completed the work satisfactorily. However, the roof continues to leak in the same area.”
ensuring that each project is finished with care and precision. You can rely on HausEx Home Solutions to handle your roofing needs with skill and excellent customer service, giving you a long-lasting and dependable roof.
After having several companies out to look at our roof, we called these guys. They showed up on time and took their time to go through things with me. We ended up hiring them because they were very patient and informative. Most importantly they were not pushy like some of these other companies that had come out to quote us. The work itself was very well done as well.
HausEx Home Solutions redid my siding and it looks 10 times better now. Glad I was able to get this project done before winter, I highly recommend them
