Unprofessional: I was put in contact with Heat Huggers through MassSAVE. Originally, I had a positive experience. However, a few weeks after our service was complete, it was apparent siding of the house was not properly installed. At first, they were responsive and offered to come address the issue. However, after missing an appointment and then rescheduling the company has completely ghosted me. I called three or four extra times, sent a message to my original contact via text and did everything that I could. However, the issue still remains unsolved.
Talked with Richard & asked him asked a couple questions about the perks of insulation & he gave more information then I expected, I appreciate it with the knowledge he gave about it. He should get a raise 👍🏼
They have never showed up 2 times confirmed the time and location for 3 days job. First day they called saying they had a small incident with thair truck and they will call for rescheduling. We got them through homeworks company. They have never called back for rescheduling . I called back numerous times left messages but never returned my calls. Very unprofessional if you have time to waste good luck.
