Shout-out to Angela! She discovered that we had run out of oil and immediately found a way to have it delivered to us the very same day I called, a day before Christmas.

This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. A little detail about my experience: at first, they were really good and their prices were low. But, as the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for.” The service started to go downhill, and soon there was no one available to answer phone calls. In October 2025, I called them to schedule an oil delivery and was told it would arrive within three days. Five days went by and still no delivery. I went down to my basement to check the gauge, only to find out I had run out of oil. I had to rush out to get kerosene. The next day, I called them to ask why the oil hadn’t been delivered as promised, and I was told that the reason was an unpaid past balance. However, I was never notified—by email, mail, or phone—of any such balance. Caught off guard, I went ahead and authorized two payments: one for the new oil delivery and another for the past due balance. I was charged $824 and $506. Two weeks later, I came home to find another bill from them, this time saying I owed $924. I’ve made multiple attempts—over 20 phone calls—to ask about this latest bill, but no one is responding. I am starting to think these people be out here scamming people teying to get as much as they can from them .

We moved into a house on December 20th and our oil ran out on Christmas Eve. Vic and Sons rearranged their schedule and showed up at 9:30 on Christmas Eve so we’d have heat for the Holiday. You guys are the best.

I don’t even know where to begin with how happy I am with this company. I made an online order for propane and I was on empty. A gentleman called me about setting up a delivery for up to 7 days because I was the only propane customer. I told him the dilemma I was in and he went out of his way made an extra trip the next day just to get me heat and was so nice about it. I will refer and highly recommend this company to everyone.
