The thing iKitchens Etc.'s customers keep writing about isn't tile or cabinet doors — it's the calendar. From 2015 forward the same note repeats: the schedule handed over at the start is the schedule that actually happened. The company works out of 321 E Falmouth Hwy in East Falmouth, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, held in the LLC's own name.
Thirty-six reviews spread across seven sources sit behind that. Google is at 4.7 from 35 ratings, Houzz at 5.0 from 38, HomeAdvisor at 4.8 from 40, and the BBB grades the business A+. What people describe is whole-room renovation rather than a single trade dropped into a room: a 2025 Houzz reviewer had a load-bearing wall taken out and a beam set to open kitchen, dining and living into one space, with an underused second-floor bedroom converted to an office and primary suite. A 2022 Google reviewer took three bathrooms down to the studs in a 1960 house, with lighting, interior doors and plaster repair folded into the same job.
Names recur often enough to suggest a small, steady crew — Rich, Lou Ann, Tracy, Michelle. A 2024 reviewer credited designer Renee Comeau with several quick design iterations and then followed demolition through the company's Co-Construct portal, photo by photo. In a May 2026 review a homeowner described a cramped galley kitchen reworked for storage and light, and said the proposed schedule and the real one lined up. A March 2025 reviewer was on their third project with the company.
Both of the real complaints are about money and paperwork, not the build. A 2022 Google reviewer, at two stars, said they named a budget up front, paid $400 for design, and got back a proposal well above it; a 2023 one-star reviewer said an order confirmation never arrived. Ask what the design fee buys, whether it credits toward construction, and get a written range before paying it.
One caveat on the written history: it skews old. Twenty of the reviews predate 2021 and only one lands in the last six months, so the current picture rests on a handful of accounts. Houzz also lists a shelf of awards — Best of Houzz for 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021 through 2024, Angie's List Super Service Awards for 2012-2017, and a 2013 NARI Contractor of the Year for a Northeast kitchen remodel under $40,000 — though those are the directory's own listings, not something checked against the awarding bodies.
For an Upper Cape kitchen or bath renovation where coordination and a schedule that holds matter more than the lowest bid, this is a reasonable call. Settle the design-fee terms in writing before the first meeting bill lands.

We landed on more storage, beachy colors, classy design, and quality materials. The personnel and craftsmanship were very good. The communication, planning, permit schedule, and project management was outstanding. I think best part for me was the proposed schedule and actual schedule were on point.
