Went into the store and Liz was helpful, but her follow up was nonexistent. I was told at least four times I would get a quote for my one room of flooring, but it’s been well over a week, and still no quote. They either don’t have enough help or don’t care about a small job/customer. Their loss, I’m an interior designer who could’ve brought them a significant amount of business.

Extended length of time to complete a project.. wouldn’t recommend

J&S just completed two jobs for our company...office carpeting and tiling a service elevator. As a Facility manager I deal with various contractors on a daily basis and J&S has been an absolute pleasure. Excellent communication, quality work, and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

We recently used them for a new kitchen floor. They came over and measured the next day and gave us a quote. Once we placed the order, the floor was installed the following week. The removal of our old floor and the installation took 1 day. The installers were very neat.
