J Serven and Son Construction is a Marblehead, MA construction and remodeling business that Houzz lists as established in 1984, with John K Serven named as the contractor behind 16 permitted projects tracked on BuildZoom. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor license, #112910, held by John Serven, was revoked by the state. A second Home Improvement Contractor license number, #169580, is also listed by BuildZoom. A complaint posted on a consumer complaints site accuses the business of taking payment from a family and never finishing the work. Given the revoked license and this complaint, confirm a current, active Massachusetts home improvement contractor license directly with the state before considering any payment or contract with this business.
