JM Pazakis, Inc.

JM Pazakis, Inc. is a South Dennis plumbing, HVAC, water heater and gas contractor; its website says it serves Cape Cod and Barnstable County and is owned and operated by James Pazakis. Its Massachusetts plumber license, number 15030-PL-M, is active on the state registry, with James Pazakis as the holder of record. A customer whose HVAC system failed on July 3 of the July 4th weekend wrote that James called personally to apologize for not being able to help and promised to get people out as soon as he could after the weekend. The repair crew then showed up, ordered parts and repaired the system. When one customer's tenant found water on the downstairs floor, JM Pazakis came out that day and repaired the water heater. The JM Pazakis team installed a mini split unit at a customer's new shop in West Dennis, quickly and on time. One customer wrote that the company replaced two bathroom exhaust fans on time at a reasonable price, and one whose AC went out said they sent a professional who fixed a complex problem quickly. A 2026 customer said the company had maintained their heating and plumbing systems for almost nineteen years and that Dave replaced their boiler and hot water systems in 1.5 days. A 2025 customer said technician Darren located an obscure replacement part, returned to fix the A/C and came back again to make sure everything was working. In a 2024 review, a family said a serviceman was at their elderly mother-in-law's door in less than an hour when she had no heat, and restored it. A 2024 customer wrote that the company charged $600 to search the internet for a part, canceled an appointment to open a cottage for the season, and later charged the full amount for a job the customer said the company did not start or finish.
