I discovered that a fiber glass tub had a crack in the floor, causing a leak. I called Johnson Bathroom Repair after reading their positive reviews. I met Kevin who came and gave an honest assessment of why this occurred and a recommendation of how to rectify it. The tub was not salvageable so I had it replaced. His pricing is competitive and his work is quality. He showed up on time and completed the project within a timely manner. This was important because there is a tenant living in the space, so the short inconvenience was appreciated. I am very satisfied with his professionalism and the end product. I would recommend him as well as re-hire him if I had another similar project.

He is professional courteous and friendly He provides excellent customer service and explains everything about the process how to provide maintenance on the finish product. The project went extremely smooth and we are very happy with the final results

Kevin's workmanship is outstanding. Our shower stall looks new again. A true professional—responsive, communicative, respectful, meticulous about venting the fumes outside, and thorough with post-glazing care instructions. As expected with reglazing, the odor was strong at first but stayed confined to the bathroom and adjacent room and dissipated with additional venting. We were able to stay home throughout the project. Excellent work.
