JP Remodeling & Construction looks like a long-running Danvers remodeler, but you will not find a deep public review trail to lean on. The company says it has been in business since 1989, serves a string of North Shore communities from Danvers and Peabody to Gloucester and Beverly, and handles remodeling and construction work that includes plumbing and electrical. Web listings also name John Polizzotti as owner. Bathroom work is the clearest public through-line. The few customer mentions available point to bath remodeling, which fits how the business was surfaced here, while the company also presents itself as a broader remodeling contractor that does most of its own work. Its Massachusetts HIC license is active. The ratings that are public all point the same way, but there just are not many of them. Google shows one 5-star rating, BBB shows a 5.0-star customer rating and an A+ grade, though the business is not BBB Accredited, and Houzz has a profile with no customer reviews. That is enough to say there are no obvious public complaints in what is posted, but not enough to treat this like a heavily reviewed shop. Before hiring, ask for recent local bathroom jobs you can verify and pin down who will handle the plumbing and electrical portions of your project. The company says it does 90% of the work itself, so this is the place to get clear on crew, permits, schedule, and where subcontractors do or do not come in. If you want a Danvers-area remodeler with a long self-reported history and a bathroom focus, they are worth a conversation; just make the recent work and the day-to-day job setup part of that first call.

JP converted a half-bath of mine, into a full bath (shower) and made the use of the space so much better, that the bathroom actually feels bigger. Everything had to be moved and a window have to be removed. You would never know that window was ever there: the cedar shingles on the outside match perfectly! He kept to the time schedule he gave me, right from day one. His recommendations for flooring and fixtures was spot-on. He was always pleasant. And the work was the highest quality. The bathroom is one that I'm very proud of. I was so happy with the work done by JP, that I had him do additional work: removing a through-the-wall air conditioner, replacing missing trim in a bedroom (matching the old trim which is not made any more), and dry-wall plastering in my dining room. I highly recommend JP Remodeling & Construction for your projects!
