Great service! They were prompt, arrived on time, and got right to work. They were knowledgeable, and in and out in an hour. Their bill was very reasonable.
1 star — extremely unprofessional experience. We were charged $1,700 for only a couple of hours of plumbing work. When we requested a receipt with charges that matched the invoice, instead of providing a clear explanation or proper documentation, we were told they would come back and rip out the pipes they had installed in our house. That response was threatening, unacceptable, and completely unprofessional. Customers have the right to request an accurate, itemized receipt without being intimidated. Based on our experience, I would not trust or recommend this company. Be extremely cautious and get all pricing, materials, and warranty terms in writing before allowing them to begin any work.
Very responsive, professional, less wait than competitors & good job fixing. Reasonable rates
