Kach Builds LLC is a Falmouth construction company that, by its own description, builds new custom homes, additions, ADUs, renovations, kitchens and bathrooms across Barnstable County. The company says it is run by Monique Kachadoorian, who started it in 2023 after several years in a supervisory role at her father's company, Kachadoorian Construction. It says she takes one or two projects at a time, handles permits directly and works through a set team of subcontractors. A stonehill.edu page says she moved into a supervisory role at Kachadoorian Construction, her father's residential construction company, and has since created her own construction company, Kach Builds LLC.
“After realizing that a large corporate atmosphere was not the right fit for her, she decided to transition into a supervisory role for Kachadoorian Construction, her father’s residential construction company. She has since created her own construction company, Kach Builds LLC.”
