Keating Construction is a South Yarmouth roofer, and the job that shows it best is a slate tear-off. A 2024 customer with an old house, a very steep roof and slate roofing over 100 years old said Tim and his crew stripped the slate and installed new roofing in under 2 weeks. A 2025 customer said Tim and his crew replaced their roof, trim and drip edge, and were thorough from tear-off to clean-up. That customer said several rotten trim sections were also replaced at a very reasonable additional cost. A 2025 customer said Tim Keating Construction replaced their roof and some trim, and that he noted additional trim needing replacement and did it at a very reasonable price. A 2025 reviewer, a Realtor, said they used him for clients and never had a complaint. A 2023 customer said the work went quickly and the place was kept clean before and after. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 143053, is active on the state registry, with Timothy Keating as the holder of record. Tim and his crew replaced our roof, trim, drip edge, etc. They were extremely thorough from tear off to clean up. The workers were pleasant and careful. They went the extra mile to replace several rotten trim sections at a very reasonable additional cost. Going to use them again for another project. Highly recommend.
Being a Realtor we only recommend the Best Used him for my clients Never a complaint And they referred their Neighbors Just retired after 22 years.. but still getting his name out 🌟
Tim Keating Construction just replaced our roof and some trim, he and his crew did a great job. I highly recommend him. He also noted we needed some additional trim that needed replacing and did it at a very reasonable price. Our house looks like a new house.
We have an old house with a very steep roof, and slate roofing that was over 100 years old. Tim and his crew were able to strip the slate and install new roofing in under 2 weeks, which was impressive to us given the size and difficulty of the project! Friendly crew and attention to detail in every corner and crevice of the roof.
Excellent job. Worked quickly and kept place clean before and after. I recommend this company for a great looking finished product.
